  Scamed on Ebay

  i bought what was advertized as a sapphire and diamond 10 k ring.what i got was a coustume plated fake gold fake sapphire fake diamond ring.i was also way over charged for shipping.i was charged $14.99 and i asked the seller if it would be insured for that price.they said it would be.they paid $1.13 for the shipping and no insurance.. .

  i've made a report to both ebay and paypal.i'm thinking of reporting it to my visa card company.now i'm waiting for the seller to reply to me.now what?

  ?i'm new to this ebay thing.should i shipp it back to the seller?

  Very important: Tell the seller that you're just not pleased with the win, and that the transaction can be reversed WITHOUT any negative feedback-you know, blackmail a little, you'll sound really eBay savvy (which you are). DO NOT leave any feedback until the deal is unwound, and then only after the seller does. Even afterward, try to leave positive feedback but state your experience on the feedback forum.

  This will only matter if the seller has a good feedback score and cares about it. . .and if he does he'll have no problem refunding. The shipping is excessive, nothing you can do about that since you knew about it in advance, but if he did misrepresent that it would be insured, you have a case for a partial refund on shipping, and that would be $1.65 to 2.50???.

  just to show you the mindset of the typical jw.

  i was talking with my mother-in-law who lives only 15 miles from one of the colorado churches where the shootings took place yesterday.

  when i expressed my sympathies for the victims and the community, she basically said in a cold-hearted, remorseless way; what do you expect for babylon the great, especially in a church where the priest is a sexual deviant!.

  I use PayPal A LOT!!! Ebay etc, money in money out. Love using my PayPal MC CC, linked directly to my account. . .I did say "money out".

  Easy and seems secure.

  I'm gonna argue that Vinny. He doesn't owe me anything, I'm only here to stay sane and am grateful to have found folks in the same boat as me, and I wish Sanity for us all here. Seth doesn't matter to me, where RR works or doesn't work doesn't matter to me--his health and welfare are of importance only.

  No one needs his support group of any sort ganging up on him because someone barged in to point out an inconsistency that may or may not harm the teller. It's bs.
